    أعلنت رئاسة مجلس الوزراء ان “استناداً الى المرسوم رقم 15215 تاريخ 27/9/2005 وتعديلاته لا سيما المرسوم رقم 8007 تاريخ 23/7/2021، يعلن الحداد الوطني يوم الاحد الواقع فيه 4 آب 2024 في ذكرى فاجعة انفجار مرفأ بيروت، وتنكس الاعلام على الإدارات العامة والمؤسسات العامة والبلديات، كما تعدل البرامج العادية في محطات الإذاعة والتلفزيون بما يتناسب مع ذكرى الفاجعة الأليمة، وتضامناً مع عائلات الشهداء الأبرار والجرحى وعائلاتهم”.
